Orleans Technical College Lead Maintenance instructor, Frank Sprout believes: “Anything you build you have to start out correctly. In order to do that you have to think first. What kind of plan do you have? Without order there is disorder. “ Frank finds that he is always giving advice on good habits to develop in life. He knows that its snot the technical skills that are most important when you are starting out. It’s your work ethic; he tries to instill an “everyday way of being”. Learn more about Frank. Orleans Technical College’s WOW instructor, Kiana Lindsey believes in her work. she’s commited to helping young people succeed. WOW helps young people who have dropped out of high school get back on track to become successful in life. After 22 weeks in the program, a student can not only earn a high school diploma but leave with a diploma in property maintenance and repair from Orleans Technical College. And it’s all free.
Adria Sumter develops and teaches all the curriculum for this intense program which takes 7 months to complete and includes a 150 hour externship at medical facilities and offices around the region. Professionalism is key as
